Fotoccompli is a photography business working in many areas, but with emphasis on youth sports.

Photographs and digital images are provided to a wide range of media outlets, event organisers and members of the public.

Delivery policy

On receipt of a print order we aim to get that order despatched within 7 working days.

If that target is unlikely to be met the customer will be advised.

For orders within UK postal code areas, postage and packaging is normally free. Postage to areas outside of the UK postal codes will be quoted on request and will depend on both the size and weight of the package.

Prints and other small products for delivery within the GPO postal code areas are normally despatched by GPO 2nd class mail in suitable protective packaging. Delivery to other addresses will be by suitable carrier determined with regard to customer needs.

Cancellation Policy/Return/Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled before the photographic print or other product goes to production, in which case a full refund of monies submitted will be made.

After that time it is not possible to give credit as the imagery is produced specifically for that order and customer.

This policy however does not affect your statutory rights as to quality. Images are normally checked for quality before being sent to production.

In the unlikely event of your not being satisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
